Packaging Materials: Sale of industrial and commercial packaging solutions, including duct tape, PVC tape, and wrapping materials.

Fresh Produce & Food Trading: Export, import, and distribution of fresh agricultural goods, including mangoes, apples, bananas, and other food items.

2. Order Placement and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Website or via direct consultation are subject to availability and acceptance by Lambent Global.

We reserve the right to limit the order quantities on any product or service or refuse service to any customer without prior notification.

In the event of a pricing or description error on our Website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Perishable Goods

General Cargo & Materials: Electrical components, tape, and equipment will be shipped according to our standard delivery timelines. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Perishable Food Items (Fruits): Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce (such as mangoes, apples, and bananas), delivery schedules are strictly coordinated. Lambent Global is not liable for spoilage caused by delayed customs clearances, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer, or failure to collect the shipment promptly upon delivery.

4. Professional Services (Electrical & Networking)

Any consultation, networking setup, or electronic service provided by Lambent Global will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or project contract in addition to these Terms.

Customers must provide safe, accessible sites for physical installations or electrical service routines.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Non-Perishable Goods: Packaging tapes and sealed, unused electrical/electronic hardware can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Perishable Goods: Due to hygiene and health regulations, fresh food items (fruits) cannot be returned once delivered. If your food shipment arrives damaged or spoiled, you must provide photographic proof within 4 hours of receipt to request a refund or replacement consideration.

Services: Completed labor, networking configuration, and on-site electronic services are non-refundable once executed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lambent Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill resulting from the use of our packaging or electrical items.

System downtime or network failures arising from structural networking alterations.

Natural degradation or standard transit spoilage of fresh agricultural produce within acceptable industry margins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including logos, product descriptions, graphics, text, layout designs, and imagery—is the exclusive property of Lambent Global and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law
